Overview
Nobu Hospitality's first residential tower in Miami: a 75-story, Foster + Partners–designed landmark on Biscayne Bay with 296 residences, 90,000 square feet of private amenities, a $25 million wellness and longevity center, and Miami's second Nobu restaurant.
619 Brickell rises 75 stories on the bay side of Brickell Avenue, between Miami's historic First Presbyterian Church and Biscayne Bay. Designed by Foster + Partners with Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower is organized as five residential collections stacked on an amenity podium. Each collection turns slightly further east than the one below, a 12-degree twist that opens every residence to the water and frames panoramic views of the Atlantic, Brickell Key, Key Biscayne and Fisher Island. Mary Brickell Park to the north and the low-rise church to the west help protect those views.
The residences
The 296 residences range from one to six bedrooms and roughly 1,160 to 5,526 square feet, culminating in Sky Villas and penthouses. Interiors by DesignAgency and Studio Munge pair 10-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass with wraparound terraces, Gaggenau kitchens and spa-inspired baths, while wellness is built into every home through HEPA air purification, circadian lighting, low-EMF wiring and reverse-osmosis water.
Wellness and Nobu hospitality
At the heart of the amenity program is a planned $25 million, residents-only Wellness and Longevity Center by Nobu, offering cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen, infrared sauna, red-light therapy and IV and peptide therapies with an on-site wellness concierge. The Nobu Spa adds a hammam, steam room and sauna, alongside personal-training, Pilates and yoga studios, Zen gardens and an 86-foot pool. Nobu also brings its second Miami restaurant and a poolside café to the building.
Location
Arrival is by a landscaped porte-cochère with valet and self-parking. Brickell City Centre is a five-minute walk and downtown about eight, with Wynwood, the beaches, Key Biscayne and Miami International Airport all within about 20 minutes by car.
