Overview
The world's first Bentley-branded residential tower: a 63-story oceanfront glass tower in Sunny Isles Beach by Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects, with 216 residences, each with a private pool and a sky garage reached by the patented Dezervator car elevator.
Bentley Residences Miami is the first residential tower to carry the Bentley name. Dezer Development, the family firm behind Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa, is building it on 2.4 acres at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, with about 200 feet of frontage on the Atlantic. Sieger Suarez Architects designed the 63-story glass tower with Bentley Motors' own design team, and its curving fa莽ade is clad in diamond-shaped glass panels that echo the signature diamond motif of Bentley's cars.
Residences with their own garage
The 216 residences are planned around the Dezervator, Dezer's patented vehicle elevator, which carries a car from the arrival level straight up to a private sky garage for three or four cars inside the home. The published floor plans are three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath layouts of roughly 2,835 to 3,015 square feet indoors, or 5,249 to 6,329 square feet including terraces and garage. Each home has floor-to-ceiling glass facing the ocean and the Intracoastal, a heated private pool, a summer kitchen, 10-foot ceilings, a Miele kitchen with Italian cabinetry and a primary bath with its own sauna, heated floors and a freestanding tub. Two two-story penthouses crown the tower with 22-foot ceilings, indoor and outdoor pools and garages for up to seven cars.
Amenities
More than 20,000 square feet of amenities over three levels are furnished from the Bentley Home collection. A three-story oceanfront lobby leads to Proper English, a residents-only restaurant by chef Todd English, and to a mezzanine with a whisky bar, cigar lounge, private dining room, 14-seat cinema and a game room with golf and racing simulators. The wellness level holds a fitness center with an outdoor terrace, a yoga studio, a spa, a beauty salon and a pet spa, while the oceanfront deck adds a heated pool, cabanas and beach service.
Construction and location
Construction began in early 2024 with Coastal Construction as general contractor, and the concrete frame had reached about 13 stories by late July 2026. Completion is expected in 2028. Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops are a short drive away, and both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports are within easy reach.
