Cipriani Residences Miami

Cipriani Residences Miami rises 85 stories, about 950 feet, at the southern end of Brickell. When it topped off in July 2026, the developer described it as the tallest residential building south of New York City. Mast Capital is developing the tower under the Cipriani name, the hospitality family that opened Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931. Arquitectonica designed its curved, cascading glass form and 1508 London designed the interiors. The 397 residences look out over Biscayne Bay, the Brickell skyline and Coconut Grove.

The residences

The homes have one to four bedrooms and roughly 1,180 to 3,465 square feet, and many include a den. Every residence has a terrace that opens from both the living room and the primary suite. Interiors come in two palettes, Tradizionale and Contemporaneo. Both have floor-to-ceiling glass, 10-foot ceilings, custom Italian cabinetry, natural stone and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Primary baths have freestanding tubs and glass-enclosed showers, and some residences have direct elevator entry.

The Canaletto Collection and penthouses

Levels 62 and above form the Canaletto Collection: 74 homes, including six penthouses, with upgraded finishes, a dedicated global concierge and bespoke furniture packages by 1508 London. At the crown, the penthouses, duplexes and a triplex range from about 5,000 to 10,400 square feet. They have private elevators, and some add infinity pools, summer kitchens and great rooms with ceilings up to 20 feet.

Cipriani service

The more than 50,000 square feet of amenities are built around dining by Cipriani: a residents' restaurant, private dining rooms, around-the-clock in-home dining, poolside service and a 37th-floor speakeasy overlooking the bay. The elevated resort deck has two pools and cabanas. Indoors there are a full-service spa, a cycling and wellness center, a fitness center, a golf simulator, a pickleball court, a screening room, a library, a salon, a children's playroom and a residents' lounge. A Director of Residences, a Cipriani concierge and 24-hour valet and security look after residents, and spa treatments, personal training and pet care are available at home.

Location and timing

The tower fills the west side of South Miami Avenue between SW 14th Street and SW 14th Terrace, beside the Metromover and a few blocks from Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Centre. Construction began in February 2024, and occupancy is expected in summer 2027.
