Okan Tower Miami

Okan Tower is rising at 555 North Miami Avenue, a block from the Metromover and Government Center Metrorail station in downtown Miami. It is the first U.S. project of Okan Group, a Turkish company founded in 1972, and is designed by Miami firm Behar Font & Partners. At 902 feet it will be one of the tallest buildings in Florida. The tower's curved, fluted glass façade and stepped floor plates take their shape from the Turkish tulip and close in a sculpted crown.

Three ways to own

The building stacks several uses in one tower: a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront hotel, roughly 64,000 square feet of Class A offices and two residential collections. The 236 Hilton Residences Miami Bayfront are one- and two-bedroom condo-hotel homes of about 885 to 1,250 square feet, delivered fully furnished. Owners can place them in Hilton's voluntary rental program and receive Hilton Honors Gold status. Above them, 163 Sky Residences of one to three bedrooms, roughly 745 to 2,075 square feet, have their own lobby and private high-speed elevators.

Residences

Sky Residences have 10½-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling impact-resistant glass that opens onto balconies with frameless glass railings. Kitchens pair high-gloss European cabinetry with engineered-stone counters and a professional stainless-steel appliance suite. The Turkish spa-inspired baths are finished in marble-look porcelain, and buyers can choose from a range of design options.

Amenities and service

Owners get a 12th-floor amenity level with a pool deck facing the bay, cabanas, a clubroom, a fitness center and yoga studio, a wellness spa, a wine cellar and owners' lounge, a children's sensory room, a theater and a business center. Wellness facilities include a traditional Turkish hammam, sauna and steam rooms. At the top of the tower, a rooftop pool deck with private cabanas looks out over Biscayne Bay, Brickell and Miami Beach. Hilton runs the hotel's bars, lounges, spa and ballroom and provides 24-hour concierge, valet, housekeeping and in-residence dining.

Construction

Okan Construction is building the tower. It passed the 50th floor in April 2026, and completion is expected in 2028.
