Overview

A 50-story, residential-only St. Regis tower on Biscayne Bay in South Brickell, designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects with Rockwell Group interiors: 152 two- to six-bedroom homes, St. Regis butler service and about 50,000 square feet of amenities, with completion expected at the end of 2027.

The St. Regis Residences, Miami brings the St. Regis name to a residential-only tower on the bay side of Brickell Avenue, in the quieter southern stretch of Brickell. Developed by Related Group and Integra Investments, the 50-story building at 1809 Brickell Avenue is the first South Florida residential project by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Its design borrows from the streamlined decks of golden-age ocean liners: curved terraces wrap the facade and step back as the tower rises, turning the homes toward Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, the Atlantic and the Miami skyline.

The residences

There are 152 homes with two to six bedrooms, from about 2,600 to nearly 10,000 square feet of interior space, and typical floors hold just four residences. Rockwell Group, the interior architect, chose a soft coastal palette of European stone floors and wood doors. Living areas have ceilings of about 10 and a half feet. Kitchens pair custom Italian cabinetry with integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances and Dornbracht fixtures, and primary suites add a midnight bar, an oversized walk-in closet and a stone bath with a freestanding tub. Every home has a powder room and a laundry room, and select residences open from a private elevator foyer.

Signature Residences

A small Signature collection crowns and anchors the tower: two-level Sky Villas, The Julia upper penthouse on the 48th floor with a roof terrace and pool, and two garden Villas, Astor and William, each with a private garage, roof deck, pool and spa.

Service and amenities

St. Regis butler service is part of everyday life here, together with the brand's afternoon tea and evening rituals. About 50,000 square feet of amenities include a bayfront infinity pool with cabanas, a second pool deck facing the sunset, and a holistic wellness center with an indoor lap pool, cold plunge, saunas, steam rooms, a salt room, treatment rooms and a Pilates and yoga studio. A double-height sky lounge on the 31st floor is joined by a Cognac Room, the St. Regis Drawing Room and a billiards room. Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi is behind the building's bayfront fine-dining restaurant. Residents also have a private marina, off-site beach club access, a pickleball court, rooms for children and teens, a media room and a multisport simulator, all set in gardens by the Swiss firm Enea Garden Design.

Construction

Coastal Construction broke ground in November 2024, and completion is expected at the end of 2027.
