The Perigon Miami Beach

The Perigon rises 17 stories on a broad, quiet stretch of sand at 5333 Collins Avenue in Mid-Beach, with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and Indian Creek to the west. Developed by Mast Capital with an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group, it is the first residential building in Miami Beach by OMA, the practice founded by Rem Koolhaas. The tower stands on a diamond-shaped plan of layered volumes whose rounded, cantilevered slabs form deep wraparound terraces, and it lifts the homes above landscaped gardens by Gustafson Porter + Bowman. The residences

The building holds 73 residences of two to four bedrooms. On the published plans, interiors run from about 2,100 square feet in a two-bedroom to almost 5,800 square feet in the largest four-bedroom homes, with terraces of up to about 2,600 square feet. Each residence opens from a private elevator into flow-through living and dining areas with 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass and terraces 10 to 12 feet deep, framing the ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Kitchens combine custom Italian cabinetry in French white oak or darker Canaletto walnut with honed Bianco marble and integrated Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and bathrooms pair white marble with European oak and dark bronze fittings.

Amenities and service

The ground floor is given over to residents and their guests. Nota, an oceanfront restaurant, and FiftyThree, a speakeasy, are both curated by Michelin-starred chef Shaun Hergatt, and the kitchen also caters in residence. A 25-meter lap pool with cabanas sits above almost 200 feet of beach with chair and umbrella service. Wellness spaces include a spa with private saunas, treatment rooms and garden terraces, a salon and a training room facing the Atlantic, alongside a screening room, wine room, conservatory breakfast room, children's lounge and guest suites for visiting family. A lifestyle concierge, residential butler, house car, valet and 24-hour security complete the service.

Construction and timing

Moss Construction broke ground in April 2024 and the tower topped out in March 2026. The developer is targeting occupancy in summer 2027. According to the development team the building is approaching sellout, with remaining residences priced from $12.55 million as of March 2026.
