How buying new construction works
Many new towers sell residences before completion. Buying a pre-construction condo in Miami explains deposits, timeline and closing for South Florida projects. Florida condo law for new construction covers how post-Surfside rules apply to new versus older buildings, and the foreign-buyer guide is the place to start for buyers living abroad. Confirm legal and tax points with a Florida real estate attorney or tax advisor.
