Bentley Residences Miami
Bentley Residences is billed as the world's first Bentley-branded residential tower. Dezer Development is the developer, Sieger Suarez Architects is the architect, and Bentley Motors handled interior and exterior design. The tower rises about 63 stories, roughly 710 feet, on 2.4 oceanfront acres with about 200 feet of beach.
Each of the 216 residences has a private pool and a sky garage, reached by Dezer's patented Dezervator car elevator. Garages hold three or four cars, and up to seven in the penthouses. Interior sizes are about 2,835 to 3,015 square feet, or 5,249 to 6,329 square feet with terraces and garage. Amenities cover more than 20,000 square feet across three levels.
Construction began in early 2024. Florida YIMBY reported the structure seven levels above grade in June 2026. Florida YIMBY described the foundation as a 36-hour mat pour of roughly 20,000 cubic yards of concrete by Coastal Construction, and said the structure was rising about one floor every five to six working days. The amenity program listed there includes a restaurant called Proper English by Todd English, a spa, a cinema, a whiskey bar, a cigar lounge and a beach club. Turnberry Ocean Club Residences stands immediately north of the site and Sahara Beach Club immediately south, per the same report.
Penthouses have been reported at $37.5M. See Bentley Residences Miami.

About Sunny Isles Beach as a place to own
Sunny Isles Beach is on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade County, with the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Golden Beach lies to the north, Aventura and North Miami Beach to the west, and Haulover Park to the south. The city had 22,342 residents in the 2020 census, per Wikipedia, in 1.01 square miles of land. It was incorporated on June 16, 1997.
Collins Avenue (State Road A1A) is the main road. Wikipedia reports that it runs about 4 miles north to Hollywood Beach and about 10 miles south to central Miami Beach. The city's high-rise condominiums replaced many older one- and two-story motels along the beach side of Collins during the early-2000s boom. How buying new construction works
Many new towers sell residences before completion. Buying a pre-construction condo in Miami explains deposits, timeline and closing. Florida condo law for new construction explains how the post-Surfside rules apply to new versus older buildings, and the foreign-buyer guide is the place to start for buyers living abroad. Confirm legal and tax points with a Florida real estate attorney or tax advisor.
Compare the area with Miami Beach and Fort Lauderdale, or see every area on the Miami new-construction hub. Branded towers such as Bentley are covered in the branded residences guide.
